Soul Trek Workshop Series (individuals & groups)
An experiential workshop series that guides participants on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Through mindfulness practices, guided meditations, and group discussions, participants explore their values, purpose, and inner wisdom. This series fosters self-compassion, clarity, and a deeper connection to oneself and others. Participants gain insights into their personal narratives, develop strategies for living authentically, and cultivate a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
Goals & Objectives
• to introduce the foundation of Mindfulness practice, its benefits, and its ability to enhance one’s life
• to encourage relaxation through self-reflection
• to facilitate compassion for one’s self first and then others
• to study the impact language/ words have on our bodies
• to use forgiveness as a tool for personal transformation
